Short bio of 200 characters: Florenz is simply passionate about innovation. He beliefs that innovation is very easy to talk about, but much harder to do. In order to “walk the talk”, he started an MBA in the field of digital transformation besides his job. The outcome of his master thesis is the I²M canvas – a visual tool and practical workshop that hopefully helps innovation managers all over the world to understand the big picture of their innovation operating models.
