When to use Product Ownership Development Model?
Product Ownership is a complex responsibility and can look very different based on your organization, team, and individual people in your work environment. This Product Owners Development Model shall be a tool for you to depict, based on your perspective,
the influence and decision power you have right now,
the stakeholders you talk with,
the main communication topics with your stakeholders and
which product tasks you and others of your team perform.
Once you have done the as-is analysis, there is a second set to reflect on what you have found and document the development and next steps on your product ownership journey in the to-be analysis frame.
For more details on the process, view the yellow card on the template.
