Product Model Tactics Workshop

This workshop is for cross-functional product teams wanting to work in a Product Operation Model. It is short and takes around one hour to run.

Who should use this?

The whole cross-functional team should participate, for example, in a Retrospective. Alternatively, a Product Trio can use this workshop to define where to invest for operational excellence. For Product Leaders, it supports guiding the team in identifying unknown blockers.

What does it accomplish?

This workshop guides a product team to identify clear actions for improving their discovery and delivery habits. It recognizes that teams can't influence every aspect of their actions and guides them to actions they actually have in their control.
