Product Hypotheses

“Hypotheses" is a team exercise we created to help generate, brainstorm, and evaluate different, competing product solutions. You can use this exercise to compare different MVP ideas for a product, different product pivots, and on a more granular level, different ideas for a feature. Hypotheses could be complete product directions or just feature ideas that could co-exist together to form a product. By breaking things down into smaller, testable concepts, we can validate each independently, and then progressively test them in combination.
