Too often, we don’t step back and optimize for the right things. We concentrate on fixing the symptoms, not the underlying condition. The Product Environment Canvas is designed to aid you and your peers to create an environment which allows the organization to concentrate on pursuing the right opportunities with the people needed to do so in a way that allows them to deliver value.
You can use it by yourself, with an individual team, or with the management team.
