Template Overview

The Playlist Co-creation Challenge invites every team member to:

• Share their favorite song as a “Music Card”

• Embed direct streaming links (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.)

• Display or design creative cover art for an engaging visual experience

• Organize the playlist by team, department, or project group

• Listen, discover, and connect through the collective team Mixtape

How to Use This Template

1. Assign Your Team Structure

• Kick off by assigning your team, division, or department. You can personalize the workspace by adding names, roles, or group color codes on the board.

2. Group and Collect Music

• Form groups as needed (by team, table, or at random).

• Each participant Adds a Music Card to their group area.

• Pastes the streaming link to their chosen song (from Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.).

• Easily embed the link as an interactive widget—just copy-paste the song or playlist URL directly onto the card.

3. Add or Generate Album Covers

• Choose a visual by use the original album art (automatically fetched from the streaming service, when possible).

• Or, get creative! Invite your team to use Miro AI to generate a unique album cover that reflects their mood, team spirit, or workshop theme.

4. Compile and Play Your Team Mixtape

• When all Music Cards are set, drag them together to form the team’s Mixtape section.

• Play selected tracks in the background during workshop activities, breaks, or icebreakers.

• Use the mixtape for “guess the team member” games, energizers, or to set the tone for creative work.

5. Summarize and analyze

• Check everyone's music preference to understand their favorites.

• Give feedback as well to other team playlist on the Miro Docs.
