Pick a Flower
This template I created was inspired by Check The Process's Go Fish icebreaker.
I used it for team introduction session so we could get to know each other better and everyone absolutely loved it. When we got two new team members I didn't want to use the same template again so I created this one!
This template can be used for team introduction sessions, workshop icebreakers, fun team checkins, you name it. People can get to know each other, learn some of the miro basics and pick flowers together - it's super fun!
The questions can be completely customized by you and what you need for your team in the specific setting you're using it for.
How it works
Unlock the green grass to see the questions and double click on them to customize. Make sure the flowers and questions stay grouped.
Once done, just move the grass back on top and lock it.
Depending on the length of the session I add a few general questions I want people to introduce themselves with on the right where the instructions currently are, like "What's your name?" and "How long have you been here?".
Let your participants pick a flower, answer the question and then move the flower to the pot.
This can be a metaphor for your team now growing in the same environment together!
Have fun with this, my team absolutely loved it! :)
