A template to do multi-year strategic planning, roadmapping, and OKRs development. The playbook includes activities, prompts, and a guide to defining CX Pillars to group the work. It also utilizes the now / next / later framework to organize the roadmap into near, medium and long term opportunities.

Note from the author: it's important when doing this that you have participants do pre-work, including customer research, market trends, and business strategy (SWOT or Four Truths).

I suggest that the person running this pre-fill the boards for each exercise with examples from pre-work so that participants can understand better what they are being asked to do.

I also suggest you do each exercise in multiple rounds and use the questions throughout to prompt discussion around each area.
