The Patient Pathway Visual Toolkit
The Patient Pathway Visual Toolkit is practical tool to help patient organisations, advocates and engagement professionals map real-world care experiences, uncover challenges, and plan meaningful advocacy actions. Designed as part of the Patient Pathway Toolkit, this board supports co-creation, strategic thinking, and stakeholder alignment.
We encourage patient involvement stakeholders to use this tool to identify and prioritise the challenges patients experience and be able to build strong advocacy objectives for their respective communities.
The Patient Pathway Toolkit is a co-created resource developed by Patvocates, hosted by the European Patient Advocacy Institute, and funded by Boehringer Ingelheim.
