This interactive workshop introduces the Four Ears Model by Schults von Thun, helping participants recognise the different layers in every message - what’s said, how it’s meant, and how it’s heard. Through practical examples and exercises, you’ll help a team to build awareness and skills for clearer, more effective communication

FLOW:

1. Explain the 4 ears model

2. Practice together as a group and then individually

3. Explore useful tips to mitigate the risk of miscommunication

4. Reflect on main take-aways

TIME TO ALLOCATE:

1-1,5 hours for a team of 8-10 people. Consider longer timing for bigger groups
