MoodBoard
And how is the mood on board?
The MoodBoard helps you to find an entry point for the next team meeting or workshop:
- What is the atmosphere like, what is going well, what is bothering you or the team?
- Are there things we should talk about?
- Can we remove barriers?
The MoodBoard works for workshops, regular meetings, retros. It is suitable both for a short mood check in teams that know each other well and can talk openly about „the mood". But it is also suitable for more complex processes in which, for example, a team coach needs a good introduction to "get through" to the participants
The "Boardhelden" are Timm Meyer, illustrator, and Peter Schwöbel, team moderator, systemic coach and supervisor. Both use Miro in their daily work and help their clients with fresh ideas and concepts for collaboration.
