Who does not love LEGO and the brick concept?

In Brainly, we tried to merge both and brought these elements during our postmortem phase.

This phase is crucial at the end of each initiative.

To learn more about best practices that made this initiative work efficiently, others that did not work and need to be improved, as well as elements such as communication, people, or way to engage with other teams our playful sides.

The team will go through 3 phases:

(If it is the first time) we will need to build the special ops team: The team member will need to create their character using the LEGO elements.

💭 time: Complete each brick area writing the team 💭

Chitchat: Discuss as a group, categories and labeling the different 💭

Be your superhero: Select the categories you think are the most important to tackle and then identify tasks that, as an individual member, you can take and support the team to improve it.

Lastly, add the summary task, hero name, and deadline on the last board.
