Lean Coffee - Retrospective

The first symptom of aching organizations, projects or product management is a considerable amount of meetings. Just like the body reacts to a virus by increasing it's temperature, an organization increases the amount of meetings to cope with the situation. This often ends in meeting marathons and most meetings lack an agenda and structure. This in turn leads to missing focus and unproductive meetings which take longer than they should.

The solution to this is the Lean Coffee format. It gives structure, clear time boxes and the content is created by the participants themselves. Therefore, engagement and focus is higher and the participants work on content that really matters to them.
