Lean Canvas Template

A Lean Canvas can be completed at a point in time where you have a new feature/product idea. This is one of many approaches to consider.

The purpose is that once the canvas is complete you will extract other perspectives which hadn't been considered before and this should help in your decision to pursue the idea further or park the idea.

Complete the template following the numbers in each box.

The focus should be high level, a couple of options for most boxes not too much detail as this stage.

Not all boxes may need to be answered at the same time.

e.g. 6 & 7 may not be known until a later time
