This board seeks to align the strategy to its execution, with:

• Definition of the purpose, mission and vision. It must be our lighthouse.

• A short, medium and long term vision.

• Kanban board to visualize and limit the work in process.

• A retrospective board for regular executive committee meetings.

• Do not neglect innovation by introducing employees' ideas into the execution plan defined by the executive committee.
