KPT Quarter
About this template,KPT Quarter.
Template for quarterly repetition of Keep, Problem, Try.
It is created for the purpose of team and individual self-management.
When we write Problem in Try by writing it out on a weekly basis, we create it as an Issue.
By resolving Issues, we increase the number of Good Jobs and Keeps we can do.
It is even easier to use Jira and Asana tickets by pasting them together here.
How to proceed using the framework
The purpose of this framework is to accelerate work and learning or to plan and ensure progress toward a goal.
Aim for about 10 minutes for all steps.
