This is what it sounds like...

If you're like me, you've recently become obsessed with Netflix's new hit film, KPop Demon Hunters. For a little bit of fun, I thought I'd make a retrospective theme based around it.

How to use

The retrospective has a 10 minute timer at the top of the frame. Participants will have that long to fill out all 4 areas of the retro.

Golden ✨

This section is for calling out all the positives of the sprint. Things that have gone well, been successful, or completed work.

How It's Done 💪

This section is for highlight key team players - both in and out of the team - and showing gratitude for hard work, innovation, or problem-solving.

Takedown 🔥

This section is for highlight any negative things. Struggles that the team have had, impacts on velocity, or blockers they've faced. Equally, it can focus on detractors to team morale.

Free ⛓️‍💥

This section is for the facilitator - or any participants with suggestions - to capture actions that should be taken after the retro. The goal is for it to be a collection of changes that the team would like to see.
