Knowledge-Alignment Workshop for UX Research
Running a knowledge-alignment workshop is an excellent way to facilitate collaboration and build a shared understanding among team members before embarking on a UX research study. By mapping out what the team knows, what they think they know, and what they want to know, the team can identify gaps in their knowledge and prioritize research questions that need to be addressed.
For this session, it's recommended to bring together the cross-functional partners within the team to uncover their current understanding of the problem space. This helps build a shared understanding of existing knowledge and open questions.
