Key Components of Team Dynamics
This template is based on the term Psychological Safety to try to go into detail about the dynamics of your team.
Psychological safety is crucial for healthy team dynamics, allowing members to take risks and express ideas without fear of negative consequences.
This is the premise of the 4 phases: Inclusion, Learner, Collaborator and Challenger. In each of these phases, a Liberating Structure of Agile is mixed with a Liberating Structure of Agile to be able to investigate the feelings of the team, and thus bring to light certain toxic or non-beneficial dynamics for the team as a whole.
This session has to ensure that precisely what is being worked on, psychological safety, happens and each person can express themselves freely without fear.
