Independence Day Retrospective

An Independence Day (4th July) themed retro.

• Start with Kudos - participants add who they would like to give a shout-out to in the stars.

• Then move to what went well - participants add post-its.

• Followed by what didn't go so well - using the clouds to add points.

• Then use the balloons to vote for what will be discussed further (you can then copy these to the actions frame for further discussion and to add any ideas.)

• Next discuss and decide on actions for next sprint.

• Rate the retro!
