Inception Canvas

Inception Canvas is an exercise to help the team understand the overall context of the product or service.

There are 12 boxes to go through to map out our own context and outcomes, as well as our customer's context and outcomes. We then think about what the solution could be and how that would help meet these outcomes. The canvas is used as a status board and guideline throughout the product or service development.
