Impact-Effort + RICE prioritization

Hi there! Sometimes there's so much in the backlog that it's unclear what to do first. We know what this leads to: you take on everything, some tasks get lost, some don't get done in time, and so on. That's why we designed this template for you and your team with popular prioritization methods so you can organize a prioritization session.

What's inside?

1. Impact-Effort Matrix Template. Write out the tasks, evaluate them and drag to the appropriate place on the matrix. The final position on the graphic will help you put together a sequence of tasks.

2. RICE Prioritization Template. More complex and voluminous methodology, in which you need to evaluate the project by 4 criteria in turn, and then get a final score for each task using a formula. This score will tell you which tasks to take on first and last.
