Ideation Workshop
Ideating is a critical step before conception, design, and delivery. This ideation template gives a clear timeline to facilitate the generation of ideas for any type of workshop requiring participants to collectively contribute to a subject.
What makes this template different?
Constructive ideation needs the "divergence-convergence" principle to gather a maximum of ideas and favorite free exchange to cross participants' feedback, eventually aligning their vision and understanding.
This template proposes to:
clarify the key definitions
ideate on several groups across pain points and levers
share each group's proposition
prioritize the most adapted solution(s)
How to use the template: What are the pain points and levers in the template?
Your pain points should be pre-identified difficulties, and improvement areas of the target problem (as with a product, a service, a segment of users, ...). This notion will help your participants to be user-centric by reinforcing empathy engagement through the pain points.
As for your levers, you could identify and list the concepts, collaborating methods, digital tools, and inspirational ideas from other universes. The objective is to have your participants be inspired so that they propose ideas more concretely.
Enjoy the ideation adventure!
