New Team, New Ways of Working

This board was created to ideate and develop potential ways of working within a newly created/merged team. Its core relies on ideation techniques with some plot twists offered by applying future perspectives to currently faced challenges.

Furthermore, this workshop design introduces:

•   prioritization

•   group work

•   pitching

•   building on other's ideas

•   elements of retrospective

This session consists of 7 stages, so please allocate around 3h to go through all of them. All stages are explained in the example provided.
