I, Chatbot: Bots With Personality.

I, chatbot is a workshop that sums up years of experience in conversational design. It is a dynamic and collaborative proposal for your team to create the bot's personality from scratch with unique tools. It is our contribution to the community and a way to share the best of our skills. 

This workshop is designed as a group activity: all members will contribute insights for the bot's design. It can be facilitated internally in companies or organizations as well as externally with clients. It helps you define a personality that contemplates the users and the business. 

It is ideal to carry it out in the initial design stages, although it can also be adapted to refine or redesign the personality of a chatbot.
