I would change 'Sam' with a nominated member of the team (or could use Cindy from the film)
Work from Which Grinch are you today? along the top (left to right) then along the second row right to left.
Remember to adjust the number of Max the dogs and rubbish bags depending on the number in your team
I recommend covering each section with a shape and locking it so team members can't skip ahead. Then just unlock and delete them as you go.
