GAP That Leadership
The purpose of the GAP That Leadership game is to help leaders at different levels understand why they act in ways that might not be productive. The intention behind their actions can be different from the impact it has. I often advise leaders to be mindful of how their intentions affect others. Remember, leaders are human too! They deal with Fear of missing out (FOMO), concerns about psychological safety, impostor syndrome, Dunning-Kruger effects, and more. Does this relate to your experiences? I know it does for me. Leaders at various levels can use the GAP model to reach their full potential and sustain high performance by fostering a culture of purpose, autonomy, mastery, and accountability. Participants will leave with practical tools and strategies to enhance their leadership style and support other leaders through constructive conversations. While playing the game, you'll simulate leadership behaviors that influence others. You'll also learn how to identify ineffective leadership practices and respond with constructive feedback. You might receive a warm thank you for your thoughtfulness from a leader struggling to be effective. Are you open to simulating and having fun as you learn the skills to ‘GAP That Leadership’?
