Four Quadrants
—
—
This is an easy team building exercise called Four Quadrants.
Basically split a square into four sections with a specific question in each. The questions I like to use are:
What do you love most in life? or What makes you happiest in life?
What's your biggest hope/wish for this team?
What superpower do you bring to this team?
What's your kryptonite at work? or What annoys your? or What drains you
But you can customize the questions. The board is catering for large groups. For those, you may need breakout rooms to debrief.
Steps:
1. Introduce the activity
2. Give 5-15 min to draw depending on how creative you want them to be.
3. Debrief about what people drew in groups of 4-6 to make it efficient.
