What is a Failure Party?

"Failure party" is a process of learning from mistakes. This technique uses a positive approach in which people are looking to emerge from failure rather than focus on mistakes made.

When to use the Failure Party Board?

It is used at the corporate level to allow teams to brainstorm past mistakes and learn from them.

How it works

The cards placed outside the semi-circle are those of the team/person who organizes the meeting (you); the ones placed inside are those of the observers. They are modified each time by adding keywords that emerge from the discussion. During the Failure Party, the organizer/organizers and the observers discuss and compare ideas and opinions on a variety of topics, taking turns in the discussion.
