Estimation Poker Board

Planning Poker is an agile estimating technique mainly used by the whole team to estimate the effort needed to build software. This planning poker board is for interactive estimation process with your team.

This board has max 20 story points, but it can easily modified. Just unlock the whole board, select last row and duplicate it if you need more story points, or remove if you work with less.

Do not forget, that estimation is not only about putting your bet on story points and choosing the average result, but is to define all risks, requirements and impediments. That is why this session needs to be facilitated and questions/suggestions be asked and told.
