Eisenhower Matrix for Time-Management
The Eisenhower Matrix: time management and prioritization
Hello, this is BEsmart. New year — new you! And new templates from us. This time, we prepared a convenient template for a well-known time-management tool: The Eisenhower Matrix (named after the President you were probably thinking right now).
The Eisenhower Matrix allows to efficiently categorize tasks based on urgency and importance, streamlining the prioritization process. The matrix consists of 4 squares: urgent and important, non-urgent and important, urgent and unimportant, non-urgent and unimportant.
How to use the matrix
Track your main tasks for a couple of days, figure out your tasks for the following days, think about what tasks recur regularly in your work life.
Record them on post-it notes and then assess which of the squares they fall into.
Analyze the distribution and follow the notes what to do to each square!
Good luck with your planning! And let us know if there are any other templates you seek so we can visualize them.
