Collaboration is challenging. That's why we have this toolkit to guide you! This DIY Collaboration Toolkit is filled with tools to help you in your collaboration journey. Whether it is collaborating within your organisation or with external partners, these exercises can help the team work on a collaborative action effectively.

This template is divided into LEARN, ALIGN and ACT. Where you LEARN about the issues you are addressing through stakeholder and systems mapping, ALIGN on an aspiration statement and shared vision and lastly, ACT on an implementation plan together!

Collaboration is a spectrum! Feel free to start at whichever template that is useful for your current project.

When to use this toolkit?

As a collaborator, there are moments when you need to bring your partners together to get everyone on the same page so that the project can carry on effectively.

The Toolkit works across multiple touch points:

When you need to unpack a complex social issue.
When you already know the focus area and need to align the vision with the stakeholders.
