Who: Whether you're an HR professional, change manager, experience designer, or even the CEO, this template can help you take meaningful steps towards creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace. While every organization is unique and your progress towards D&I may vary, remember it's never too late to start or continue your journey towards diversity, equity, and inclusion.

However, if needed, consider hiring an external expert to guide you along the way.

When: Use it to encourage open and honest dialogue about diversity and inclusion, develop action plans to implement D&I strategies and initiatives, and/or assess current D&I initiatives and identify areas for improvement. We can all make a difference by building a workplace that values and respects diversity in all its forms.
