Disney Themed Retro

Do you want to bring some fun and more engagement to your retro sessions?

Being a big Disney fan myself, my inspiration for this template came from some classic Disney characters and their famous quotes.

When working with your Scrum teams, it's important to have in mind the core principles <transparency, inspection, and adaptation>. This retro will allow you to find out the things are working well and what needs to be adapted in order to achieve successful projects.

What: Disney-themed retro.

Who: Anyone working with Scrum teams and wants to facilitate a fun retro.

How: make a copy of this template to your Miro board. Ask participants to populate each section and then allow time for grouping cards with similar themes and group discussion. Ensure you capture the key actions at the end of the session.
