The Disney Creative Strategy method was developed in 1994 by Robert Dilts based on Walt Disney's creative approach, it's a way to brainstorm on a problem with three different hats:

- The dreamer one

- The realistic one

- The critic one

When to use it?

  • When you want to generate ideas starting with a specific problem

  • When you want to look at things from different points of view

  • When you need versatile brainstorming that works well remotely but also in person
