Digital Ecosystem Role for Sustainability Systems

This template is designed to support voluntary sustainability systems such as ISEAL members to think through which role they could take in the traceability digital ecosystem. Sustainability systems can play a number of roles (business-as-usual, facilitator, leader) in the ecosystem and can decide the types of relationships and partnerships they want to foster by being clear about their positioning in this ecosystem (for example, whether they want to be data collection tool providers or not).

The first exercise focuses on ecosystem roles and expertise required for them. The second exercise focuses on the positioning and the possible related strategies to implement.
