Design Systems - End of Year

Design Systems - End of Year are a set of different activities you can take to evaluate with your team how your design system has been doing this year. From creating a gratitude calendar to thanking your team for the impact they made, to measuring your success and planning together the next year's vision.

Each of these can serve the DS team and DS contributors as a handy ritual to spark some positive memories, but also learn what went well and what can be improved in DS culture.

Feedback from these sessions can be used for further planning and problem-solving, but foremost to reduce that lonely feeling and doubt that hits some of us working with design systems.
