Ever have disagreements or issues about what's going on with a JIRA ticket when it's a certain column? Forming a new team and want to make sure everything is crystal clear on the workflow? Then this board is for you! This board is for aligning team members on what is required from each step of the workflow.
How to use the board
Part 1
Prep the board by spending the first few minutes populating the column status names below to match your current JIRA board columns.
Set a timer for 10 minutes and fill in every column individually with sticky notes. Use the questions as a guide and group similar responses.
Part 2
Discuss each column and come to an agreement.
Write agreements in Agreement section and discuss where to record the information.
Tips for Success
If there are too many suggestions, you can keep things concise and relevant by asking 1) if it can be applied to all tickets and 2) whether or not we can be successful without it.
