Board used for debates between multiple participants on policy or challenge topics. This is a brainstorming level of debate, mean to be used in casual settings without prior research and development work on said topic. It is accessible, and provides order to a debate.

A facilitator is best to provide questions and guide participants who might prefer to speak only, while a facilitator can notetake the key points of their ideas.
