Persona: B2C & B2B

Report

Get to know your target audience better. Understand what is really important to them.

What is a persona? A persona is a fictional representation of your target audience. You put yourself in your customer's shoes and you get a glimpse of their most important tasks, motives, and needs, problems of the person in the context of your idea. Your goal is to support your customers in their everyday life and to simplify it for them. For this, you should get to know the life world of your customers.

When filling in the form, always try to formulate your thoughts concretely.

A distinction can be made between B2B and B2C personas.

A B2B persona describes a company. Relevant questions are: Which company needs your solution and who is the right contact person in the company?

A B2C persona describes the end user. Here it is important to understand which person actually needs your idea and would buy it.

Sometimes it can be useful to fill in both personas. It can be useful to differentiate users and decision-makers. The easiest way to do this is with different colored post-it's. Think about what best fits your idea at this point.

We wish you a lot of fun collecting new insights about your target group. Let's go.
