About the Community Design Toolkit [Teaser]*:

Building on the foundation of our Community Playbook—a resource specifically designed to support community practicioners in growing and managing their own communities—we've created this interactive toolkit which serves as an essential companion to the playbook itself. While the Community Playbook offers strategic guidance, this toolkit goes a step further by providing practical activities. These resources are tailored to help community practitioners navigate the complex process of mapping, curating, engaging and activating vibrant communities. Whether you’re at the beginning of your journey or refining an existing community, this toolkit is designed to facilitate every step of the community-building process, ensuring that your efforts lead to a thriving and engaged community.

How to use the "Community Design Toolkit"?

The Community Design Toolkit offers a set of canvases that align with the core pillars of the Community Playbook: People, Purpose, Experience, Systems, and Growth. Each of these pillars represents a crucial step in the community-building process, and the canvases provide detailed templates that guide you through each stage. While the recommended approach is to work through the canvases sequentially from left to right for the best results, they are also flexible enough to be used according to your specific needs and priorities.

Who is the "Community Design Toolkit" for?

The Community Design Toolkit is specifically crafted for Community Practicioners, Builders, Designers, and Strategists. It serves as a valuable resource, offering targeted thinking exercises that help these professionals generate, refine, and develop their ideas more effectively. Whether you're in the early stages of community creation or strategizing for future growth, this toolkit is designed to enhance your creative process and strategic planning. *Please note that this template offers just a snapshot of some of the canvases included in our toolkit. In order to explore and utilize the complete set of canvases available and access the full version, we encourage you to reach out to us for more information.
