Agile Game: Cake for Kids

Report

Agility is a big topic that has gained attention in various industries.

How might we help people experience the Agile method while learning and enjoying it?

We designed 'Cake for Kids' - an online game in MURAL and Miro. Participants form teams to answer the orders for birthday packages for kids. While having a lot of fun, participants experience the concepts of planning, retrospective, continuous improvement based on feedback, retrospective, and more.

Who played the game with us? Many teams worldwide, including MBA students from KLU University and our partner teams from MURAL.

Would you like to play with your team? Cake4Kids is a great way to promote understanding around Agile and as a team-building activity. Reach out to us here.
