Daily Exercises for Self Reflection
—
—
In this exercise, you will set aside 15-20 minutes each day for a week (Monday-Sunday) to go for a 10-minute walk, followed by a 10-minute session of journaling about your personal experiences, values, and interests in the context of your passions and interests.
Through this daily practice, you will have an opportunity to reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and insights related to the questions provided above. By cultivating a habit of self-reflection through daily walks and journaling, you can gain greater clarity on your personal values and beliefs, and how they can guide your actions and decision-making in various aspects of your life.
