To use the template, follow these step-by-step instructions:

  1. Start with the 'See' quadrant and Identify the broad audience you want to reach. Fill in the Audience, Content, Channel, and Measurement for this stage.

  2. Move to the 'Think' quadrant and define the audience that is considering their options. Determine what content will engage them, decide on the channels to deliver this content, and establish how to measure engagement.

  3. In the 'Do' quadrant, focus on the audience ready to take action. Plan content that will encourage this action, choose channels that facilitate a smooth decision-making process, and define success metrics.

  4. Lastly, address the 'Care' quadrant by identifying loyal customers. Plan content that fosters this relationship, select channels that allow for continued engagement, and metrics that measure loyalty and retention.
