Culture Workshop

Culture is a too important subject to be defined inappropriately. The goal of this workshop is to code an organizational culture with some important elements like vision, values, and principles.

You can run the workshop in both recently formed or well-established companies, departments, areas, or teams. In the former scenario, it will also help with team building while in the last one, it will help to codify the implicit organizational culture.

A playbook explaining each step of the board is also available to plan your facilitation. The board has links to Google documents which you can copy or download and use in the workshop. In the end, you'll have all the elements required to code a culture document and start your own journey of building a strong organizational culture.
