Her approach is atypical and hands-on — working collaboratively with entrepreneurs, as co-pilot on their projects. Silvia is also co-founder of Explosive Brains, where she designs and facilitates team offsite in Italy and Switzerland, aimed at helping teams connect, collaborate, innovate, and turn their ideas into action through thoughtful implementation and smart, human-centered change. Whether she’s building a brand or facilitating a workshop, Silvia brings bubbly energy, warmth, and a strong belief in the power of collaborative creativity.
