Coffee Break

Remote meetings are no reason to skip on the coffee break!

Use this template to add snacks to your remote workshops.

We created it as a pre-workshop onboarding activity for new users. We sent the link with the meeting invitation and asked participants to complete the activity beforehand. This way, we knew which participants were having trouble with Miro and we could address it on time (before and not during the workshop, we had very tight agenda!)

In the workshop, we use it as an ice breaker by asking everyone to introduce themselves and let us know what snacks they had picked.

You don't have to do the same activity, you can just add the table with snacks to any other workshop template to spice it up.

Let everyone know what we miss the most out of workshops is the food!
