In this session, we're embracing the warmth and cheer of the holiday season to reflect on our teamwork and communication. Picture our team gathered in a cosy winter cabin, surrounded by the glow of twinkling lights and the spirit of the season. Here, we'll exchange ideas like gifts to strengthen our bonds and improve our workflow, much like a family coming together to celebrate and share during the holidays.

Information Gathering:

• Reflecting on the past sprints, how can we "decorate" our workflow to be more festive and efficient, reducing the "scrooge" in our processes?

• In what ways can we "gift wrap" our feedback to make it more constructive and palatable, preventing it from becoming as cold as a lump of coal?

• How can we ensure that only the right "elves" (team members) are in the Retrospective, and what might be the impact if "Santa" (outsiders) occasionally pops in?
