Check-in Icebreaker

This guessing game allows group members to anonymously share aspects of themselves in order to build connection.

Have team members choose a character without revealing the one they select and ask them to answer a getting-to-know-you question and add their selected character to accompany their answer. After everyone has answered, the team can guess who’s who based off the answers.

It's a fun and interactive exercise that allows employees to share and uncover interesting things about one another that they might not otherwise have the chance to learn.
