Assessing their influence, interest, and interaction with essential data and tools enables effective stakeholder management, prioritisation, and strategic alignment. It ensures your stakeholder strategy remains comprehensive, focused, and actionable.
How?
Identify Stakeholders – Clearly define internal and external stakeholders relevant to your project.
Map Data & Tools – Outline the essential tools and data each stakeholder interacts with or requires.
Assess Influence & Interest – Categorise stakeholders based on their level of interest and influence:
Manage Closely & Involve: Very influential and deeply interested.
Keep Satisfied: Significant influence but limited interest.
Keep Informed: Strong interest but limited influence.
Monitor/Delight: Minimal engagement required.
Prioritise Actions – Use dot voting to prioritise stakeholder engagement based on strategic importance and impact.
